I was one of the first Developers in the North of England to be part of the design and planning of Energy Efficient ( Code 6/10 Star ) house, 1st of its type in the North East, this house is 94% efficient including Solar/PV Panels, Water Recycling, High Insulation, Triple Glazing Systems, Electric Car charging point in garage.

Please refer to my projects page, you can see the properties I have designed and built are very different, all of our properties have hydronic under floor heating, triple glazing and are fully insulated to 10 star rating.  Providing a server room, home hub controlling whole house ventilation, mood lighting, garden lightning, under floor heating, pool heating and filtration, data, audio system speaker installed. Whole house recycle system was installed to allow the homes to breath and re-circulate the air.  I have constructed 8 Subterranean properties which have provided extra living/entertainment areas, swimming pools or cinema/gym rooms.

All of our properties we design/build or renovate are complete with full Interior expertly finished.  With my partners input of design and interior we both get our inspiration  from nature and Europe, my idea to build a round house with copper roof came from visiting Barcelona and you will see how beautiful buildings are in Europe and why not have something stunning yourself? Thats why I enjoy pushing the boundaries out to create a home with a difference, nobody said your home needs to be square.  

It is so important to take in sun rise and sunsets while building your dream home maximising natural light and comfort and not forgetting to take full advantage of the views that surround your home.
